Experience
After serving four years in the U.S. Marines I earned my B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge I have gained in these subjects with those who themselves, are on the same journey to master this exciting subject matter. I have experience with teaching in the Marines and have been growing in applying that experience to the subjects of Chemistry and Math. I am dedicated to growing as a tutor and mentor to those in my community whether you are struggling to grasp fundamental concepts or are simply in need of a refresher. Through tutoring I can engage in teaching as well as learning from a diverse group of people while developing relationships with those who will contribute to the world in a significant way. I understand that mathematics is fundamental to developing a deep understanding of many different disciplines. For this reason I made it top priority to have a strong math background and remain proficient in every course from Geometry to advanced Calculus. I have professional experience with many fundamental and unique concepts as an analytical chemist. But most importantly I am very passionate about the subject and keep up to date with the current advances in the field.
