I am a lawyer and educator with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctorate from Tulane School of Law. Since graduating from Tulane, I've practiced entertainment law, run a small film company, and published my first novel. My teaching experience includes college and law school classes, as well as "at-risk" 8th-grade students with academic and environmental challenges. I pride myself in my work ethic, productivity, and my cool, patient approach to explaining complex and challenging material, as I believe that different people learn at different speeds and by different methods.I teach my students how to effectively learn, retain the maximum amount of material, develop discipline, and optimize their productivity and study habits, helping them to become successful in academics, in their careers, and later in life. I believe that patience is of the utmost importance for teachers as well as studentsI offer tutoring in a variety of subjects, from reading, writing, and history to constitutional law, AP and LSAT test preparation. My interests outside of teaching include tennis, literature, and music.
